Caterpillar Arrival

We are so excited at Soar Childcare and Education in Bishops Stortford because our caterpillars have arrived. They are getting bigger everyday. Over the next weeks, we will watch them eat, grow, make chrysalises and turn into butterflies. This all ties in with our mini beast unit and the book The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.

The children have been enjoying pond dipping, mini beast themed yoga, small world mini beast play, physical activities, mini beast hunts, funky fingers, and much much more.
