Our Fees and How We Work

What Your Fee Covers

Our hourly rate is £7.50 per hour for children who are not yet in full-time school. This price includes meals and snacks as well as all the fun art and craft activities we do. We just ask that you pay in advance by the first of each month. We ask you to provide nappies, wipes, suncream, toothbrush, toothpaste, changes of clothes and weather appropriate outer wear.

Funding and Support

We're happy to accept government funding for those that qualify. We also participate in the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

Please remember to check your eligibility for government funding and provide us with all the required information. If we can't claim the funding, you will be responsible for the fees at our standard hourly rate.

Food and Fun Extras for Funded Children

Government funding doesn't quite cover everything, so we offer a few optional extras. This helps us ensure we can continue to provide high-quality care, including meals and materials.

Optional Meal Prices:

Breakfast: £2.00
Snacks: £1.00
Lunch: £3.50
Dinner: £3.50

If you prefer, you're welcome to send your child with a healthy packed lunch that doesn't require any reheating or preparation and that follows government guidelines and doesn't contain food with any allergens that children in our setting are currently allergic to.

For just £1.00 a day, you can also get our optional Photo Pack. This gives you daily photo and update alerts on our online platform. Don't worry, all the important stuff, like your child's learning progress and reports, will be shared with you anyway!

A quick note: We'll still charge for these optional meals and packs even if your child is absent, as we'll have already prepared for the session.

Securing Your Place

To save a spot for your child, we require a one-month deposit. This deposit goes toward your first month's fees once your child starts. If your plans change and you decide not to join us or reduce your hours, the deposit is non-refundable, as we will have held that space for your family. This is returned to you u[on payment of your first full month's fees.

Hours

We currently work:

Monday 7:30-5:30 term time and in school holidays

Tuesday 7:30-5:30 term time and in school holidays

Wednesday 7:30-5:30 term time and in school holidays

Thursday 7:30-5:30 term time and in school holidays

We are closed weekends and bank holidays. We do not charge for bank holidays. We do not offer term time only spaces.
